4. Individual & Senior Living Facility Services

CyberPhantomIT places significant emphasis on serving individual clients, including older adults.

When services are delivered to or within senior living facilities, assisted living communities, or nursing homes, CyberPhantomIT:

  • Does not provide medical, financial, legal, or custodial services

  • Does not supervise residents

  • Does not assume responsibility for resident decision-making

Facilities remain responsible for resident care, supervision, and regulatory compliance.

5. Educational Services Disclaimer

Educational services, classes, workshops, and training sessions are provided for informational purposes only.

CyberPhantomIT does not guarantee protection from fraud, scams, cybercrime, financial loss, or technological risks. Threats evolve, and no education or consultation can eliminate all risk.

6. No Professional Advice

CyberPhantomIT does not provide legal, financial, medical, compliance, or regulatory advice.

Clients are encouraged to consult licensed professionals for advice specific to their circumstances. CyberPhantomIT is not responsible for actions taken based on information provided.

7. Fees, Payments & Billing

Fees for services will be disclosed prior to engagement.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit or debit cards

  • Electronic transfers

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. CyberPhantomIT reserves the right to modify pricing, billing methods, or payment terms at any time.

8. Changes to Services

CyberPhantomIT reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service

  • Update service offerings, technologies, or methodologies

  • Introduce new services or remove existing ones

Such changes may occur without prior notice and do not create liability.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

CyberPhantomIT is not responsible for third-party functionality, security, availability, or policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Hampshire law, CyberPhantomIT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Financial losses

  • Data breaches or system failures

  • Fraud or scams

  • Loss of business or reputation

  • Decisions based on advisory or educational content

13. No Warranties

All services and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.”

CyberPhantomIT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, security, or non-infringement.

14. Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or services provided by CyberPhantomIT shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of New Hampshire.

Arbitration replaces the right to a jury trial.
