A Discovery Session is a required first step before any services can begin.

 

This session allows us to fully understand your needs, evaluate your current setup, and define the right approach. You'll receive expert recommendations, a scoped outline of work, and a realistic time estimate tailored to your goals. It ensures clarity, avoids surprises, and helps us to explore what working together would look like.

 

If you move forward, your Discovery Session fee is credited toward your project.

Your Discovery Session quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is emailed to you. This allows you time to review the scope, timeline, and pricing before committing. If no action is taken within that window, a new Discovery Session may be required to ensure the quote remains accurate and reflects any updates to your technology or needs. Quotes are based on current rates and system conditions, so prompt scheduling ensures the most reliable pricing and recommendations.

Pricing:

• General IT (Non-Specialized): $50 minimum (1 hour)

• Specialized Consulting (AI, Cybersecurity, etc): From $175 + (2 hours)

General IT Examples: General troubleshooting, connectivity issues, software updates, general IT guidance, etc.

Specialized IT Examples: Risk assessments, threat prevention, smart integration, automation, etc.

While not required, having some basic information available can help us make the most of our time together.

 

Helpful (but not required) examples include:

• A brief description of the issue or goal you want help with

• Details about your current IT setup, if relevant

• For network-related issues: the type of router, firewall, or internet provider you use

• For software issues: the name and version of the software or platform involved

• For security concerns: any recent incidents, alerts, or policies you’re aware of

• For new projects: an outline of what you want to build or improve and any timelines you have in mind​
